Challenge
Tasked with transforming a rapidly evolving AI-driven platform into a user-friendly tool that delivers real value to professionals managing multiple social media platforms, I focused on addressing user pain points such as difficulty generating authentic, on-brand content and the absence of clear feedback within the product. I designed a UI that simplified navigation, clarified feature prioritization, and made their preexisting AI-powered tool more approachable and relevant for users of all experience levels. My redesign not only streamlined the workflow but also contributed to a 24% increase in user engagement and content output.
